Terms & Conditions
Thank you for using Marsblade’s website and webshop. The use of the website and webshop is governed by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using the webshop (the “WebShop”). By using the WebShop and placing orders thereon, you agree to the terms and conditions as well as our Personal Data Policy.
Marsblade reserves the right to alter or modify these terms and conditions from time to time. You are responsible for keeping updated with any changes. The date of the latest update can be found at the end of these terms and conditions.
The WebShop is operated by Marsblade Sales AB (“Marsblade”). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Marsblade.
Order and Purchase Agreement
Marsblade’s products can be ordered at www.marsblade.com or through our customer service. Binding agreement for the purchase of products is concluded when you get confirmation of your order to the e-mail address you have stated. Through placing an order you accept these terms and conditions. Marsblade will only sell product to customers below the age of 18 with the consent of their parent or legal guardian.
Prices, Fees and Payment
All prices in the WebShop are displayed in SEK. All prices include VAT. For shipping outside of Sweden a shipping cost will be added. In case payment is invoiced an invoice cost is added. Costs for shipping and invoice will be displayed when you check out.
We accept the following payment methods:
All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation and authorization by both the card issuer and us to maintain security and to prevent fraud. There is no charge for payment with credit or debit card.
When choosing payment with invoice you can order to your registered address only and you must be 18 years old at the time of ordering. A credit check is done on all customers paying with invoice. Any delay or non-payment will be charged a delayed payment penalty of 50 SEK and a penalty interest of 2.5 % per month.
The WebShop ships worldwide. For non-EU countries specific conditions might apply. The WebShop is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week but deliveries go out Monday to Friday with exceptions for Swedish public holidays.
After receiving an order we will process, ship and deliver your order in the shortest amount of time possible. When your order leaves our storage you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number so that you can track your order.
Packages that have not been collected within 14 days from arrival will be sent back to Marsblade. In such case you will be charged a fee of 299 SEK for shipments within Sweden and 399 SEK, approximately 50 USD, for shipments outside of Sweden to cover Marsblade’s administrative, shipping and handling costs. Shipments that are not collected or received are not subject to any legal right in regards to regret of purchase. If you want to have your package sent again we will charge you for the shipping cost.
Sweden: In Sweden we ship with Schenker and the package will be delivered to the Schenker delivery point closest to your shipping address. You will receive a notification by e-mail or text message, depending on your choice, when your package is ready to be picked up. Normal delivery time is between 2 and 5 business days from placement of order.
USA: Orders placed from the US will be shipped from our US warehouse with FedEx. The package will be shipped to your delivery address. Normal delivery time is between 2 and 5 business days. Local sales tax on orders from the US is automatically added at checkout.
Other countries: For all other countries we ship with UPS from our local warehouse in Sweden. The package will be shipped to your delivery address. Normal delivery time is between 5 and 12 business days from placement of order depending on the shipping address.
Countries outside EU: We offer VAT free purchases on orders from Non-EU countries. Please note that local charges (customs duty, sales tax etc.) can occur, depending on your region, at the point of delivery/import. These charges are at your own expense, Marsblade has no, and accept none, responsibility for such taxes, charges, duties, etc.
Please note (US): Orders from the US containing products not in stock at our US warehouse will be shipped from our Swedish warehouse. From Sweden, your parcel will be shipped using UPS, enabling a delivery time between 4 and 6 business days. Please be informed, if your order contains products shipping from both of our warehouses, your order will split up and you will receive two different shipping confirmation emails, including separate tracking numbers.
If you wish to return an item you have purchased from the Web Shop you have the option to do so within 60 days after you have received the item provided it is unused and complete. You will receive a full refund for the item, minus the return fee and excluding original shipping charges, normally within 7 business days from the time we received the item. As soon as we have received the return, we will inform you by e-mail.
Free exchanges: We process all exchanges for free, meaning we will not charge any return fee if you are opting for a new size.
Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card or to the bank account you transferred the payment from. If you paid with invoice we will credit the first invoice and you will get a new one sent to you by e-mail.
You are only allowed to return an item purchased from the Web Shop if it is in perfect condition. This means that the item is new, unused, in its original packaging and has any labels fully intact. The original packaging shall also be returned. The Web Shop does not accept returns if an item is used, dirty, washed or damaged in any other way.
Circular Store: We do not accept returns on Re:skates so choose your skate size carefully. However, depending on availability, size exchanges could be possible.

If your parcel is lost or damaged during transit, you must reach out to our customer support within 60 days from the shipping date, so we can file a claim for you with UPS/FedEx. If you reach out within 60 days, we will promptly provide an equivalent replacement. Contact us at email@example.com to initiate your claim.
When we ship your products, we do our best to make sure they are in perfect condition. However, in case you receive a damaged or defect item, please contact customer service by e-mail and we will help you: firstname.lastname@example.org.
The claim shall be made immediately when you discover the defect. Please note that any claim requires that you have not used the item inappropriately and that the item is not defect due to your conduct.
Marsblade chassis are warranted for 12 months from the date you receive them. Marsblade skates are warranted for 90 days from the date you receive them. The warranty covers defects in material and workmanship. This warranty does not in any way limit the rights you have under mandatory law.
Marsblade shall be excused from the performance or punctual performance of any of its obligations under these terms and conditions if such performances are prevented, restricted or interfered with for any reason beyond the reasonable control of Marsblade, including but not limited to, fire, flood, earthquake, pandemic, explosion, strike or other casualty or accident (“Force Majeure”).
In providing your personal details you consent to us using the data collected in order to meet our commitments to you and provide the service you expect. This will include processing of orders for shipping, text message notification of delivery status, managing your account by carrying out credit checks, sending information such as new services, newsletters or other marketing offers which may be of interest and also to notify you of any changes or enhancement to our services by either email, telephone or mail from Marsblade, companies within the Marsblade Group or partners to companies within the Marsblade Group.
Your details may also be used to monitor traffic to and from our website to help us improve the design and layout of the site. In the event of any problem with delivery of your items, we will use the information to get in contact with you. Other than as stated above, we never pass on/sell/swap your data to/with third parties for marketing outside the Marsblade Group. Data that is forwarded to third parties is used only to meet Marsblade’s commitments to you. For example, Marsblade forwards address data to suppliers and shipping agents in connection with deliveries.
Your data is stored in accordance with applicable law. You have the right to contact us to find out what personal data is held about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant you can request that the data is corrected or deleted. You can withdraw your consent to us using your personal data for marketing purposes (e.g. sending catalogues, newsletters or offers) whenever you like.
To make card purchases with us as secure as possible all information is sent in encrypted form using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). This means that the information is passed through a secure connection and that your card details cannot be read by external parties.
All customers paying by card are subject to validation checks. Marsblade reserves the right to delay any order if fraud is suspected. For security reasons, we do not store any payment information in our database.
Certain parts of the site use “cookies” to keep track of your visit and to help you navigate between sections. A cookie is a small data file that certain websites store on your computer’s hard drive when you visit them. They can contain information such as your user ID and the pages you have visited.
If you do not want your visit to the website to be tracked by our cookies, you can set your Internet browser and/or firewall to disable them.
Unfortunately, this may have a negative effect on your use of the site. Please refer to your internet browser help file to see how to disable and/or delete cookies on your PC.
Marsblade has made every effort to provide accurate information on the website. However, information, texts, images, graphics and other material may contain errors, be incomplete or incorrect. In such events, we cannot be held liable for damages resulting hereof, unless such damage is the result of our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Without limiting your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country, these terms and conditions as well as all disputes or claims arising hereof and of using the website or shopping in the WebShop shall be governed by the laws of Sweden. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions, or the breach or invalidity thereof shall be determined by Swedish courts.
